Our journey began on the island of Veli Iž, where Bruno Sorić, with the support of his family, started producing fishing equipment. What began under the name “Kućna radinost” (“Home Craft”) reflected the spirit of small family businesses of that time. In 1969, the business took an important step forward with the official establishment of the craft workshop “Ižanka-Veli Iž”. This marked the start of a more professional approach to production and the expansion of our product range. Building on this foundation, in 1991 the company Ižanka-Zadar d.o.o. was established, carrying forward the knowledge and tradition developed over the decades. Today, under this name, we continue to grow — committed to innovation, quality, and the values that have guided us from the very beginning.
