1.2. Definitions

  • Seller/Trader: IŽANKA-ZADAR D.O.O.
  • Customer: A person who orders a product through a webshop.
  • Consumer: A natural person who enters into a contract outside their trade, profession or craft.

 

2. AREA OF APPLICATION AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.izanka-zadar.hr. The contract is considered concluded at the moment of receipt of our confirmation e-mail containing the order confirmation and contract detail.

 

3. INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND PRICES

  • Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT
  • Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product
  • Shipping costs are displayed separately during ordering

 

4. PAYMENT METHODS

  • Cash on delivery (upon collection)
  • By credit/debit card online (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • Internet banking (estimate via e-mail)

 

5. PRODUCT DELIVERY

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of payment
  • Delivery area: Republic of Croatia
  • Delivery service: Hrvatska Pošta (National postal service) or agreed courier service

The buyer is obliged upon collection: Check if the package is obviously damaged. If so, he has the right to refuse collection and request a record of the damage.

 

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (FOR CONSUMERS)

As a Consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods without giving any reason.

Withdrawal procedure:

  • Contact us at: info@izanka-zadar.hr
  • Return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of notification
  • You cover the return costs.
  • We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the items

Exception to the right of withdrawal: It does not apply to goods made to your specification.

 

7. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

  • Deadline for complaints: 2 years from receipt of goods (for consumers)
  • Resolution deadline: 15 working days from receipt of complaint

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • We may update these Terms by posting new versions on the website
  • Changes come into effect upon publication and apply to future orders
  • If an individual provision proves to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force
