DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TERMS

1. DELIVERY AREA AND DELIVERY TIME

1.1. Delivery area

We deliver within the territory of the Republic of Croatia, including island areas. Goods are delivered from our central office in Zadar.

1.2. Delivery times

  • Shipment preparation time: 1 business day from the date of payment registration
  • Standard delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery to island areas: May take up to 7 business days

Working days are considered Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

 

2. DELIVERY METHOD AND COSTS

2.1. Delivery services

We deliver via Hrvatska Pošta or authorized courier services. The choice of delivery service depends on the type of product and the delivery location.

2.2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process and depend on:

  • Product type and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Selected delivery service

 

3.PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION OF GOODS

3.1. Buyer's obligations upon collection

When picking up the shipment, the buyer is obliged to:

  • Visually check the condition of the package
  • Accept or reject the collection in case of visible damage
  • Confirm receipt by signing the delivery note

3.2. Procedure in case of damage

If you notice damage to the package:

  1. Do not accept the shipment.
  2. Note the damage on the delivery note
  3. Notify us immediately at info@izanka-zadar.hr

 

4. FAILED AND DELAYED DELIVERIES

4.1. Delivery attempts

We consider delivery to have been attempted when the delivery person:

  • Arrives at the specified delivery address
  • Leave a notification about attempted delivery
  • Tries to contact the customer by phone

4.2. Procedure in case of failed delivery

If delivery fails within 10 business days:

  • We will contact you to arrange a new date
  • You have the right to terminate the contract and get a refund

 

5. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

5.1. Delivery delays

In cases of delays caused by:

  • External factors (weather conditions, strikes)
  • Unavailability of products in stock
  • Technical problems

We will notify you by email or phone and offer:

  • Extension of delivery time
  • Product replacement
  • Refund

5.2. Termination of delivery

We reserve the right to interrupt delivery if:

  • The shipping information is incorrect or incomplete
  • Unable to contact the customer
  • There is a risk to the safety of delivery

 

6. DATA PROCESSING FOR THE PURPOSE OF DELIVERY

During the delivery process, we share your information (name, address, phone number) exclusively with delivery services for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

These delivery terms are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
